Do not send symptoms, diagnoses, health-card numbers, prescriptions, laboratory results or medical records through website forms or ordinary email.
Requests for navigation help
Our care-navigation form collects your first name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, city, care category and optional language and travel preferences. For specialist navigation it also asks whether you have a referral. With your consent, these details are sent through our website to our staff mailbox, staff@aafiyat.net, using Google services so staff can follow up. The form is not a clinical referral or a patient portal.
We do not load Google Analytics on the request-form page or send form contents to Analytics. Please do not enter medical records, symptoms, diagnoses or health-card numbers. To ask about your request, withdraw contact consent or request deletion, email staff@aafiyat.net. Email is not suitable for urgent or confidential clinical discussions.
Directory corrections
Provider submissions should contain only public business details and the submitter’s organizational contact information.
